The New Haven Police Emerald Society, Incorporated, is a Fraternal Society who’s members consist of regularly sworn, full time police officers who are currently employed or honorably retired from Federal, Connecticut state, city or municipal police departments who have a love and appreciation for the Irish culture in law enforcement.
