A Police Helicopter crashes in Arkansas August 16, 2108
A Little Rock Arkansas police helicopter crashed on August 16, 2018. In the video, which can be viewed below, a Bell TH-67 helicopter can be seen resting on a platform at a police training facility with its rotors turning. As the helicopter was sitting on the platform you can see it attempt to take off but when it failed to gain altitude the skid became hung up on the platform. The helicopter pitched and the rotors hit the ground breaking apart, sending debris into the air. One person can be seen running back into the building to avoid the debris.
Police stated a straight line wind blew the helicopter off the platform which injured one person. Click on the link below to view the video:
